We provide comprehensive support for foreigners to buy a house in Okinawa.
We undertake the whole process from land purchase to planning and construction.
By using the monthly installment method, customers can acquire a home under the same conditions as a lease contract. While ownership in the registry is transferred when all payments are completed, the purchase and sale of the home becomes effective when the purchase agreement is executed. At this point, the client becomes the rightful owner of the home.
Strict loan requirements of Japanese banks (e.g., Japanese citizenship, risk aversion clauses, etc.) do not apply.
We have a large number of building projects under our belt.
Let us help you build your ideal home in Okinawa.
This website contains information on land available for sale.
Based on the size of the land and the size and layout of the house you want to build, we calculate the overall price including land and building, and furthermore, based on your occupation and class information, we simulate the amount of your monthly payment and the number of years of payment.
Please note that only some properties can be viewed without membership registration.
By registering as a member, you will be able to view all of the property information.
In order to build a relationship of trust and to ensure that both parties can proceed with transactions with peace of mind, a member ID and password will be issued after a face-to-face meeting (online or in person).
Once you log in to the site with your member ID and password, you will be able to view all property information.
Detailed estimates will also be provided after the interview and membership registration.
We will meet with you online or in person for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to discuss the information necessary to provide you with an estimate and search for land.
We will also introduce you to past examples of construction projects that match your wishes and conditions to help you form a concrete image of what you are looking for.
