I could not get a loan from a Japanese bank.
Under the loan criteria of Japanese banks, you basically need to have permanent residency in Japan to be able to get a loan, However, we have our own loan criteria. We would be happy to discuss this with you.

HOUSING WITHOUT HOUSING LOAN

  • We, as a provider, make a realistic assessment for financing.
  • As such, tight loan terms of Japanese banks (requirement of Japanese nationality, Risk Averse clause etc…) do not apply.

CONTRACT FOR SALE, NOT LEASE

  • By using the monthly installment method, clients may acquire a house on the same terms and conditions as a lease agreement.
    While the title on the register shall pass when all payments are made, the purchase and sale of the house become effective when the contract for sale is concluded. At this moment, the client shall be the legitimate owner of the house.
